This new home is at the end of a road with stunning views of the Gulf. Upscale build, but Old Florida vibe. Spectacular sunsets over the marsh and the Gulf. Comfortable porch furniture provides a quiet & relaxing ambience where you can get away from it all. Both BR have new Tempur-Pedic king size mattresses. There is a lift to transport your luggage, etc to the main floor. Plenty of room for a big boat under the house. Jena boat ramp is 1/2 mile away. Limit 5 guests. No Pets and no toddlers. Guest access You may use the entire house other than the master bedroom closet and the locked cabinets & drawers in the laundry room.
