This camper sleeps up to four. One queen bed and 2 bunks. The upper bunk is best accessible by a small child. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property has a shared waterfront observation deck, ice machine, fish cleaning station, bath house, washer and dryer, grill & refrigerator. Owner's boat ramp on site. Three other RV spots on site make this property perfect for family vacations. No pets allowed in this camper-no exceptions. **Dockage may be available for an additional fee. The space RV spot #3 is the only covered site and is the only site with its own camper. There are two other RV spots on site. Guest access Dockage may be available for an additional fee. Check with host for availability and fee. There is a shared ice machine on site for use by guests with a minimal fee per use. There is a shared bathhouse on site - bring your own towels and toiletries. Please clean up after yourself out of respect for others. There is a shared washer and dryer and full-size refrigerator on site. Do not leave any perishable foods in the refrigerator when you leave. The washing machine works best on Quick cycle. There is a shared BBQ grill under the gazebo next to the ramp. Please clean the grill after using it. Do not leave fishing lines in the water when you're not monitoring the fishing pole. Prop damage to our neighbors boats because of unmonitored fishing lines will not be appreciated by neighbors. Other things to note No pets allowed in the camper. Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and adhere to quiet times. No parties allowed. Do not block the right-of-way and do not block the ramp next door. No tent camping allowed.
