This unit has access to a community boat slip where you can easily access the water and be out on the Gulf in no time. Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both baths. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in. The space This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront rental is a dream come true for those seeking relaxation & adventure. It will sleep up to 7 guests, offers amazing views of the Steinhatchee River, and the location doesn't get much better! Offering a private boat slip, you can easily access the water for a day of boating, fishing, or exploring the scenic coastline. The property also features 2 balconies per unit, so guests can watch the sunrise and sunset while enjoying the views during your stay. Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders to the large balcony facing the public boat ramp, and sleek, back lit mirrors in the bathrooms. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, and swimming pool for cooling off on warm days and lounging next to river. 2 modern, nearly identical units under one roof, rented out separately. You can book 1 or both if extra space is needed. Each has their own boat slip, shared fish cleaning stations, access to the community swimming pool, with bathrooms and showers. Things to note: 1. Dock and pool amenities are open 2. The couch and chair in the living area both make beds. There is 1 extra hide-a- bed tucked under the stairs inside the lower unit, and the bonus room has a floor cushion, smart tv and video games. The room can be used for an extra sleeping space, however it isn’t heated or cooled so you will need to leave the door open. 3. Docks and pool amenities are expected to be back in working order by late Spring. Other things to note: 1. Dock is not private, but slips are assigned based on what unit you are renting. 2. Pool is community owned and is shared with others staying in the Estuary community. 3. Parking for 2 vehicles and 1 trailer per unit maximum. Only boats under 30’ max are permitted. 4.
