Surrounded by tall trees and nature, this charming getaway in Keystone Heights offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and laid-back Southern charm. The space The Sweet Tea Cottage is situated in the Lakeview Highlands neighborhood of Keystone Heights, Florida, a tranquil lakeside community known for its natural beauty and small-town charm. Located on scenic Lake Geneva—one of the area’s largest lakes—you can relax on the private man-made beach, paddle the calm waters in provided kayaks, or unwind under the trees. SWIMMING We recommend swimming only at nearby Keystone Beach Park, which has a roped-off swimming area for safety. As with many natural Florida lakes, wildlife like alligators may be present, so we do not recommend swimming at the cottage’s lakefront. If you choose to swim, please do so at your own risk and exercise caution. For a safer experience, enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the private man-made beach. BEDROOM 1 The main bedroom is a cozy retreat with a plush king-size bed and a wall-mounted TV where you can easily log into your favorite streaming apps. Large windows frame peaceful views of the backyard and lake, filling the room with soft natural light and breathtaking sunsets. BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom is a snug guest room featuring two comfortable twin beds, ideal for two adults or kids. It also includes a smart TV, allowing guests to easily log into their own streaming apps for a personalized entertainment experience. BATHROOM The shared bathroom features a tub and shower combination and is stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience. A hairdryer is provided, and you’ll find a first aid kit safely tucked away in the bathroom drawer. LIVING ROOM The living room features a large window with breathtaking lake views, ample comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace. A smart TV lets guests stream their favorite shows, while the space is perfect for playing board games and enjoying quality time with family and friends. KITCHEN Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Enjoy your morning coffee at the cozy coffee nook with a Keurig maker. The spacious countertop with barstools is perfect for casual breakfasts or lunches. PATIO Relax in the spacious glass-enclosed patio, featuring comfortable seating and an outdoor mini fridge. Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or breakfast. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. DECK Relax on the spacious deck with ample seating, set back just enough from the water to enjoy the wide, peaceful yard while still catching glimpses of the lake. Perfect for family cookouts, barbecues, and soaking in the gentle breeze and swaying trees with friends. LAUNDRY ROOM The laundry room is accessible from bedroom two and includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided free of charge for your convenience. PARKING The property features a spacious semi-circular driveway with parking available for 3 to 4 cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, except for one locked owner’s closet.
