Welcome to Hotel 2TwentyOne! Our hotel is a unique hybrid between a hotel & a hostel. Unlike most hostels each room is private, the only difference is that each bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and shared amongst the other guests on the specified floor. Our Twin Room type includes one twin sized beds, a closet, flat screen cable tv and free wifi! We're located in El Segundo just two blocks from Main St. and just 10 min. from LAX Airport! The space Cleaning FEE $25 linen FEE $13 non-refundable. We have daily housekeeping that tends to the kitchenettes, bathrooms and common areas. There is a communal kitchenette located on each floor that includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee pot. This room type is located on the 1st floor of the building and shares one all enclosed bathroom at the end of the hall. This bathroom includes a stand up shower, vanity sink & toilet with a lock on the door for complete privacy! However 1st floor guests also have access to the 2nd floor bathrooms as well. There are two private toilet rooms and two private shower rooms that are accessible to 1st floor guests. Please note that none of the rooms themselves include ensuite bathrooms! Hours of Office operation are from 8am to 5pm. A $24.00 Non refundable cleaning fee is charged with each reservation. Guest access We have a self check in system here at the hotel, guests will be sent their check in details the morning of their stay with instructions on how to check in. Our office hours are Monday - Sunday 9am/5pm, but we have an emergency phone number available for after hours. Please communicate through the Airbnb app for all inquiries or concerns.Hours of Office operation are from 8am to 5pm. In case of an extreme emergency, call 911 immediately. You can also leave a message on the **Extreme Importance Voicemail** for urgent matters. Other things to note The reservation must be made by the individual checking in, and all additional guests must be registered on the Air BnB App. Parking: Hotel 2 twenty one offers street parking only. Please be aware of parking signs posted on the streets to avoid getting towed. No parking in the back area. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. This is a non smoking property. Any guests found to be smoking any type of substance including marijuana, vape pens, cigarettes, etc. will be charged a smoking fee accordingly. This room type allows a maximum of two people per unit. The addition of an extra person must be pre-approved by Paris or Vanessa. Please remember that there are other guests & tenants staying/living in the building. So all we ask is that you be respectful of the people around you! There is a communal fridge located on each floor. Please do not take or use any items that do not belong to you. If you decide to utilize the fridge please put your name, room number, and date of the item so that our housekeepers do not throw it away. Guests must adhere to our quiet hours of 10pm until 7am. Please remember that there are other tenants living in the building. So all we ask is that you be respectful of the people around you! Hostels are definitely known for fostering active communities and providing a social atmosphere for travelers. While we welcome families, please note that our property, other guests and permanent tenants presence may not be ideal for young children. We encourage responsible adults to book if they are able to ensure their children's safety and are prepared to supervise them closely at all times.
