SMALL APPLIANCES: Keurig and Drip Coffee Makers, Kettle, blender, 7qt slow cooker/crockpot, electric hand mixer, 4-slice toaster DINING: We have a dining room table that will seat 6. TVs: TV 1: 50” in Bedroom 1 TV 2: 50” in Bedroom 2 TV 3: 65” in Living Room Wi-Fi: We have super fast internet with download speeds of 107 mbps. TV PROGRAMMING: We provide a guest profile on our Netflix (Guest Serenity Lakeshore) but feel free to log in to your own accounts! Just remember to log out before you leave! LAUNDRY: There is a full washer and dryer in the home. The washer is load sensitive at times so please make sure not to overload it. GRILL: We have a charcoal grill that is located in the back yard. If you exit the home through the side door in the kitchen, you will find it to your right! There may be charcoal here but please bring charcoal to keep from having to run to town. PATHWAY TO WATER: We have a pathway to the water that is labeled with arrows. This will take you directly to the water. The walk is a little bit lengthy at times around 700ft but it is all flat, grassy ground. LAKE TOYS: (1) 3 person tandem kayak (1) sit on top kayak (1) 10ft fishing kayak (2) kid/youth kayaks (weight limit is 130lb) (2) stand up paddle boards (1) water tube LIFE JACKETS: (1) Infant (2) Youth (4) Universal Adult (3) Orange (2) XL Adult LAKE AMENITIES: Hammock, picnic table with bench, Adirondack chairs, and a set of zero gravity chairs OUTDOOR GAMES: Corn hole is located in the large black bag in the bedroom closet. INDOOR GAMES: Uno, Mad Gab, Cranium, Dominos, 2 decks of cards WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels, washcloths STARTER: Hand soap, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, OTHER THINGS: CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM CHECK OUT: 10AM LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM): May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate/offer additional support LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY: Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can always look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. Book today!
