LAUNDRY: We have a washer and dryer located inside on the lower level of the house. GRILL: Head outside where we offer a gas grill and we supply the gas! FIREPIT: We have a firepit on the back patio that is available for guest use. DOCK The dock at our property is a boat slip. DOCK / WATER DEPTH: The water depth at our dock as of February 22, 2026 is 2 ft. PATHWAY TO DOCK: The pathway to the dock is an easy nature walk of around 185ft. WATER TOYS: 2x single person kayak LIFE JACKETS: OUTDOOR SEATING: There is seating for 4 around the table on the main level back porch by the grill with additional seating in the screened in porch. BOATING: You are more than welcome to bring your boat and park it at our dock! PARKING: Plenty of parking for 4+ cars in driveway or two trucks and two trailers No worries here at all! GROCERIES: Dollar General Market: 3 minutes/1.7 miles Ingles: 13 minutes/ 9.4 miles RESTAURANTS: The Gray House: 12 minutes/ 7.1 miles J.R. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
