Townhouse in West Chester

I love my home. It's close to the airport, I can be in the City in 25-40mins by car (depending on traffic) or I can hop in the train, at the station 5mins from my house. West Chester is just an ADORABLE town. It had a great Urban, but historic vibe. I am looking for a longer-term, individual tenant, per my Association's Guidelines. Please reach out to me directly to get further details. The space I am an Interior Designer by trade, so I am always trying new things in my home. I feel it's warm, inviting and my office is here, too, so I LOVE where I work and what I do. My house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Guest access Per agreement, the guest/tenant has access to the home. During your stay I am happy to help out, whenever possible. Certain times of the year are more busy for my work, but if my schedule even allows. Other things to note Airbnb has recently shifted the entire burden of the booking fee onto the host. Guests used to pay a portion of that, with a booking fee. My hosts have had to raise their nightly rate, as a result. While West Chester, is not Center City Philadelphia, the area around West Chester is very historical. There are a lot of battlefields from the Revolultionary War, and the Civil War. Gettysburg is a day trip, Valley Forge is 20mins away and Lancaster/Amish Country, where people still drive with horse and buggies, is 35-45 mins away! The King of Prussia Mall, which is one of the largest Indoor Malls in the Country, is also 20 mins. The PHL International airport is 25-30mins away. There is so much to see an do in and around the West Chester area, that you won't be disappointed if this is an area where you like to be in between many things to do.
