The Logis du Meunier-Summer vibes

Welcome to Moulin Etourneau! Relax in this unique, atypical and unusual place and enjoy the calmness of the countryside in our beautiful water mill. The Logis du Meunier is spread over 3 levels (ground floor, 1st, 2nd floor). It can be difficult to access for people with mobility issues by their stairs, we sincerely apologize. The Moulin Etourneau has 2 adjoining cottages. The space You can admire from the entrances the gears and grinding wheels that used to produce flour and nut oil. Le Logis du Meunier is also composed on the 1st floor of a living room with kitchenette and meal, warm and cocooning. On the 2nd floor, you have a comfortable bedroom with a 160x190 bed (possibility to add an extra bed for a child under 10 years old), a bathroom with toilet. You also have a private courtyard with barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining. Bed linen, towels are provided at no extra charge. Finally, enjoy access to a 6000 m² wooded park by the river (La Seugne), with an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) to share with a cottage for 14 people, ideal for a nature and relaxation stay. Free parking is available on-site. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. They are not allowed on beds or sofas. You will be asked to pay a dry cleaning/cleaning fee in case of non-compliance with this rule. We are located in Champagnac, and therefore ideally placed to escape Bordeaux city life or to explore the whole region ( Cognac, Royan, Pons, Bordeaux, Saintes, Angouleme...).
