Designed with families in mind, our affordable yet comfortable apartment sleeps up to 8 + 1 infant We’re conveniently located 2 miles from the Payson Temple and only 1.8 miles from Payson Canyon. We allow up to 2 dogs (no cats please), and our fully fenced yard gives both dogs and kids plenty of room to safely run and play The space This space is a basement apartment with a separate private entrance. Please note that the basement apartment is occupied by other renters who use a separate entrance. We ask that you respect their privacy and they will do the same for you. Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. Please step out onto the sidewalk or use your personal vehicle. Guest access The entire basement apartment along with the fenced yard and hose is for guest use. Please DO NOT leave your pets unattended outside. You may see other guests coming and going from the property. Other things to note Please be aware that this is an older house, and the floor is known to creak upstairs. While we have asked upstairs tenants to be considerate and conscious of neighbors, please note that you may hear the floor flexing as people walk.
