Family friendly, modern updates, prime location in a peaceful slough. Fish and swim from the private docks, or enjoy an assortment of water toys. The dock offers ample space for your boat. 25 mins from Auburn/Opelika or 30 mins to Columbus/Ft. Benning. Perfect location for graduations, fishing, golf tournaments or SEC games. The space This is a two story lakefront home. There is one queen bedroom downstairs and a full bath. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with an en suite, a loft with another full bath, and two queen bedrooms with twin trundle beds. We have multiple kayaks, paddle board, a boat dock and a jet ski pad attached to the smaller fishing dock. The property does have its own private boat launch for smaller vessels (due to clearance). The community offers a private boat launch less than 5 mins from the lake house. See the Guide book for additional boat ramp locations, dining, etc. Guest access Full house access. Other things to note Kayak and paddle board Usage Agreement: By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the kayak/paddle board use guidelines outlined in the House Rules. Booking constitutes a binding agreement between the guest and the host regarding kayak/paddle board usage and liability. Guest acknowledges that the property includes waterfront areas, docks, stairs, uneven terrain, fire pit areas, and recreational amenities. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with swimming, boating, dock usage, fishing, fire pit usage, and outdoor activities. Host shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, drowning, slips, falls, weather-related incidents, or loss/damage of personal property occurring on the premises. Guest accepts responsibility for supervising all children and attendees during the stay and events. By booking and/or signing a rental agreement, Guest releases and holds harmless the Host from claims arising from use of the property and waterfront amenities. Small pre-approved gatherings of up to 20 total attendees may be permitted with prior written approval and additional event fee. Unauthorized parties/events are strictly prohibited, and will result in the additional fines and/or the cancellation of your reservation, with no refund.
