The space The studio has a comfortable double bed (box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm) with a medium-firm mattress (firmness level H3), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/toilet, an extendable table with 2 chairs, a smart TV, and a wardrobe. It is equipped with both underfloor heating and radiator heating. Dogs are allowed. Other pets are allowed upon request. Guest access The accommodation has its own entrance from the street. Other things to note A bus stop (Am Alten Schloss), a doctor's office, a supermarket, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, an Italian wine bar, a pub and an Asian snack bar are right around the corner, about 1 minute from the front door. The large Nord-West-Zentrum shopping center and the subway station (Nordwestzentrum) are about a 10-minute walk. Across the street is an access to the popular Niddapark with kilometers of footpaths and bike paths.
