The space Your room will be the 1 suite (1 queen bed, 2 single floor mattresses and 1 single bed in the service area suite) it's own bathroom with a personal jacuzzi + shower. (If you are a big family or just need more space, see "Other Things to Note" below.) The condo maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens, provide great ventilation open and well insulated closed. There is a spacious living room sided by the solarium, a great place for some tea and a card game, a dining table with seating for 8, wine cooler, and a 70" flat screen smart tv (you can connect directly with your YouTube/smart cellphone.) The balcony is surrounded by plants and bird singing. A wonderful space to read the newspaper in the morning sun, or just sit and enjoy the view. You have access to all the common areas. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, pots/pans/utensils/plates/cups. 50MBbps/s internet and Wi-fi. Guest access Condominium building amenities: outdoor private garden, tennis court, gym, sauna (dry & steam), swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), playground, and completely equipped pay per use events room, for hosting parties. You'll have assigned covered parking for 1 cars (if you need more parking let us know and we may be able to arrange). During your stay We will invite you to share our daily Chinese breakfast or have simple continental breakfast items such as bread, fruits, and oatmeal. Pick up available when you arrive at a mutually convenient location: I suggest at World Trade Center Sao Paulo in Brooklin Novo (Airport Bus Service operates buses to/from the international airport GRU half to one hourly) We can give you privacy or can be more supportive hosts, just let us know. We can take you to the São Paulo Golf Club & Esporte Clube Pinheiros, where they have nice restaurants and environment. If you like golfing we can help arrange for a invitation and a tee time (greens fees not included). I can suggest a few theaters, restaurants, etc. around the neighborhood, Shopping Jardim soul just 5 minutes drive distance, supermarket 5 minutes walking distance Other things to note The pricing advertised in the "Pricing" section on this posting is for 1 bedroom suite described under "The Space" section above. To request to use a more rooms, or the entire apartment (all 4 suites and one more small suite at service area) please contact us 7 days in advance with your request and we can arrange and discuss pricing and conditions. The apartment has a total of 4 suites each with their own bathroom. Master suite has a terrace, Japanese ofuro bathtub, jacuzzi, separate shower, all Italian marble floor, and fine finishes. Third suite also has a jacuzzi. Second and fourth suite have showers.
