The space The apartment is located in a safe and secure building with 24hr manned security, cameras around the the perimeter of the building as well as all common areas of the building. Well equipped to allow guests to enjoy their stay. The apartment is well located within a short walking distance to popular attractions such as, Cape Town Stadium, Green Point Biodiversity Park, Sea Point, Promenade, shops and restaurants. Underground parking is available for guests who wish to rent a car. The rooftop pool and barbeque area allow guests to enjoy endless summer sunsets with views of Signal Hill Guest access Guests are welcome to make full use of the apartment during their stay. Please treat the apartment with respect and care Other things to note The pool is not private but rather utilized by all guests and residents in the building. The lounge/living area is equipped with a fan, whilst the bedroom has a fan for hot summer nights and a heater for wnter. Additional cleaning is at the guest's cost and any requests for fresh towels are off the guests account. Guests staying for 10 nights or longer are offered a free weekly cleaning service which includes a linen and towel change. Please do not use the towels to wipe off any make up. Any stains found on towels, linen or furniture will result in the guest being charged a fee too either replace or have cleaned. NB!!! Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. This means that power outages are scheduled for up to 2hrs at a time, and sometimes up to 4hrs at a time, mainly early morning and late evening.
