The space Newly Build (2010) Basic, Clean, Furnitured Studio Apartments, in Downtown Otrobanda, only 10 minutes walk from the Main Downtown City Square, Brion Plein! close to shops, bus station, main street of Otrobanda, Hotel and Casino's, Renaissance Mall, Cinemas (movie theather) and many other entertainment and activities. Rooms do have a full size bed for 2 persons, a fridge, a small kitchenette with the basic utencils, pots, pans, tableware. All rooms are fully air conditioned. But do also have protected windows in case you want to make use of the fresh and warm island breeze. Clean spacious bathroom and toilet, with warm water in the shower. Upon request you can make use of the private and safe parking place. The premises are very safe and protected. Free Wi-Fi internet available. Rooms do have Flat screen TV with Cable. Nothing fancy, no luxury but a safe clean and neat place to stay and explore downtown and the island. 7% tourist tax is not included in our price. That is the only additonal charge!!
