Welcome to Casa Perfecto! A completely renovated apartment located in the heart of historical Old San Juan. Inside you can make yourself at home by cozying up in the reading nook, or unwinding on the balcony and enjoying the sights and sounds of Old San Juan. Walking distance to historic sights, restaurants, and shops. Walk or catch the bus to the safe, public beach-- Playa El Escambrón. *Please note you must be able to climb stairs. There is no elevator and several flights of stairs. Other things to note The building is historic and occupied by residents as well short term occupants. Parties and large get-together are prohibited without owner/host approval in advance of reservation confirmation. In the event that non-approved activities or excess guests occupying the property, we reserve the right to cancel for security reasons.
