It is located 15 minutes from the center of Silivri, 40 minutes from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes from Çorlu Airport and 5 minutes from Silivri beaches. The front and back gardens are covered with grass; there is a seating area in the front garden and a dining table in the back garden. Our luxury villa has an alarm system. The space Our villa has been newly built and equipped with the latest model furniture. The refrigerator, oven, stove and washing machine are brand new and are Profilo brand. The sofa sets are Istikbal brand and brand new. The beds in our bedrooms are also Istikbal brand and completely new. Our television is a smart television and thanks to the internet connection, you can watch any content you want from platforms such as Netflix and YouTube. Our 4 Kumtel brand fans are also located in our villa to increase your comfort. We would also like to briefly mention the outdoor facilities. There are four chairs and a coffee table in our front yard where you can enjoy coffee. In the backyard, there is a comfortable wooden table for four people. When two of the chairs in the front yard are added to this table, a pleasant area is created where six people can eat comfortably.
