The Neighborhood: Franklinton, is one the fastest growing communities in the Columbus area and we've enjoyed being a part of the revitalization for the past several years. In a short time, Franklinton has shown what a charismatic suburb it truly is as it's enjoyed by all walks of life. The Peony Place has 2 spacious bedrooms offering many comfortable sleeping arrangements and each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom. Laundry accommodations are on the second floor as well. When the Ohio weather is cooperating, check out our second floor balcony - it's a great place to unwind after an eventful evening. We've renovated this house from top to bottom and we think you'll enjoy the updated, modern amenities!!! Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
