The space The house is very large, it is 200 m2 of built area. A very large balcony with spaces for children to have fun. Large pool with green area around and is a few meters from the beach. Other things to note In the new year we rent through a package that costs R$12,000 including water and electricity. You can stay up to 8 days in the house if you prefer, if not, the rental amount remains the same regardless of the number of days. Maximum of 15 people. Parties or events are not allowed.
