The apartment is ideal for couples, families & remote workers: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, Wi-Fi & coffee included. A place to breathe. The space The spacious apartment offers four bedrooms – three with double beds, two single beds – all with lake views, mountain views and blackout options through blinds or thick curtains. The open, large kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the dining area with a large table and a cozy sofa. There are two bathrooms: one with shower, one with bathtub and separate toilet. The spacious terrace with garden, balcony and panoramic views of the lake and mountains invites you to relax. Free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine and free parking are available. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and terrace only. Check-in and check-out are conveniently done independently via a key box. The bottom floor is rented to a nice elderly lady. However, you will have little contact as your premises are separate from each other. The garden, terrace and entrance are also separate. Guest access You will have the entire upper part of the house with a separate entrance completely to yourself – including the spacious terrace and the garden with a fantastic panorama. The laundry room in the house is shared with us. Other things to note The lower floor is occupied by an elderly lady. We ask you to be respectful of them and to comply with the prescribed quiet hours. The washing machine and dryer are also shared.
