Please read the house rules before continuing with your reservation. ✔ Smoking allowed outdoors in the designated smoking area only ✔ Reservations made on behalf of someone else is not allowed. ✔ No unregistered guests allowed overnight. Visitors are OK. ✔ The space is private and all yours. However, loud noises and smoke fumes CAN and WILL percolate through walls. No loud music or noises during sleeping hours: 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. ✔ No gatherings, events or parties allowed ✔ The unit may not be suitable for infants and toddlers, but we will leave that decision up to the parent or guardian. ✔ No pets allowed ★ SMOKING POLICY ★ No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed in the designated area outside of the unit. ★ TURNDOWN SERVICE ★ We respect the privacy of our guests, therefore we do not provide turndown services. Most essentials are provided in the unit. Feel free to ask if more is needed during your stay. ★ EV CHARGING ★ Level 1 charging is automatically managed by our energy system. Charging is available during mornings and when excess solar energy is available. Charging may pause during peak hours or low-solar periods. Guests must provide their own adapter. However, feel free to relax outside in front of the shed. This is a designated smoking area. Other things to note ★ SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Extended Late Check-Out Feel free to ask. However, we cannot guarantee that an extended late check-out will be possible. Unauthorized late checkouts are charged at a rate of $40.00 per half hour or part thereof. At one hour and a half past check-out guests are responsible for a full days rent, although they are not entitled to possession. They are also responsible for any loss of rent or credits issued to the next guest caused by their late checkout. If a late check-out is authorized and guests or their belongings occupy the unit past the granted time, then the aforementioned late check-out fee will be assessed accordingly starting from the check-out time of the reservation. Guest access Feel free relax in the backyard sitting area in front of the shed, and of course inside of the suite. Guests are not allowed behind the home or on the other side. Loitering outside of that designated area is not allowed or within 25 feet of the property.
