This cabin sits on a 4.27 acre property. historic lodge, 5 custom cabins, salmon stream, private lake access , wildlife. It has a loft with a custom wooden spiral staircases, It has a full bath, running water , log frame queen bed downstairs ,twin log frame beds in the loft, covered front porch; pet friendly. In winter the toilets work but the cabin's water is frozen but we just built a custom guest bathroom in the main lodge, all wood, with twin vanities, 100% private, clean and warm. The space The main lodge and surrounding 5 custom cabins along with the incredible tree house is mixture of rustic and refined. Each cabin has high end features, gorgeous showers and/or bath tubs, and unique antiques. There are hand hewn cabins with claw foot tubs, each building has running water and a porch, some has decks too. This property offers something for everyone from wildlife viewing to swimming, fishing and boating, and is only a half an hour drive to Seward. Seward is building a new state of the art port and this property is convenient for those who need to be close to Seward and want to enjoy what Seward has to offer. It is also a mere 30 minutes to Cooper Landing, a beautiful town for fishing, craft breweries restaurants and hiking. It is also only an hour away from Girdwood and about a 2 hour drive to Anchorage.This property is the ideal location because it is close to major towns and offers Alaskan recreational adventures while allowing guests to commune with nature on this magnificent property.
