Access will be granted to all amenities and guests will receive a pin code that will allow access to the apartment. This property DOES NOT use physical keys so must be able to download the app and create an account. Other things to note ⚠️Contact no one else, only the host ⚠️ ABSOLUTELY NO PETS INSIDE PROPERTY. If animals are seen in property automatic $350 cleaning fee. (Does not apply to service animals with proper documentation) ⚠️ There is metered street parking available, I do offer garage parking it is an extra fee and MUST be setup before arrival. ⚠️No smoking in apartment as alarm will go off & will be charged $250 fee if smoking is found evident (enjoy it on balcony instead) **Amenity Access Disclaimer** Please note that the pool, fitness center, and other amenities in the complex are managed by the building administration.
