Welcome to The Nest! • The Garden Suite is a private 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat on the first floor • Outdoor Barrel Sauna / Fire Table / Fenced in yard • Walkable to Grandview • 1.5 miles to downtown/OSU campus • Single stall garage parking • Smart TV's in the livingroom and every bedroom! • Premium linens, bath robes, towels, & soaps • Spacious bedrooms w/1 king and 1 queen bed • Fully stocked modern kitchen • Complimentary coffee w/to go cups • Washer & dryer w/detergent The space •Built in the 1930s and renovated in 2024. Using high end materials with a unique design that embodied the warm feel of old craftsmanship with modern appointments! •Enjoy the walkability of this vibrant community with some of the cities best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. • The bedrooms are beautiful uniquely designed spaces outfitted with one king bed and one queen w/ plush bedding, robes, luggage racks, hangers and wireless chargers. There is an ironing board and iron as well! • We are a family + pet friendly property! We have a pack-n-play w/ a mattress and sheet, high chair, as well as some bowls/plates/cups/utensils for you to use. For the furry babies we have food and water bowls. • The newly renovated bathroom has a spacious tub / shower with complimentary conditioner, shampoo, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer. • The living space has a dining table for four, which can also be used as a work space, and a lovely green couch to enjoy binge watching your favorite shows! • The fully stocked kitchen has a toaster, full knife set, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, pots/pans/skillets, and strainer. There is a service for four with dishes, glassware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and utensils. You will also find spices and cooking oil, as well as complimentary k-cups and ground coffee for the duo Keurig coffee maker that can make a single cup of coffee or a 12 cup carafe of drip coffee. • Parking is available in garage bay "A", as well as on street (it is free). • Lastly, you also have access to a washer and dryer in the basement. Guest access There are two main doors of entry. If you park on the street out front you enter the main door of the building, then travel up to the first landing and the door to the Garden Suite will reach you at the top of the stairs. Please use your custom code to enter the Garden Suite door. If you park in the garage "A" exit through the man door on the back of the garage and walk down the sidewalk to the building. Use the furthest door to bring you into the common space. You'll then see the Garden Suite door. We also have a beautiful communal outdoor living space equipped with a propane fire table and barrel sauna. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We have worked hard to make this house a home for you to enjoy. Please treat the space with respect.
