Apartment with two entrances, a parking space in the building (24-hour doorman and two elevators). The space The apartment has the following general amenities: - kitchen with microwave, cake mixer, 4-burner stove with oven, duplex refrigerator, blender, 10L electric oven, electric sandwich maker, electric rice cooker, crockery and cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls and dish towels - Vacuum cleaner - hairdryer - clothesline (on the balcony) - portable crib/playpen For those who come for work, the apartment has a notebook table with a lamp and USB sockets for charging devices. The table is movable (with casters), which makes it flexible for use in any environment in the apartment (it already has an extension cord connected). Internet access via Wi-Fi is super fast (average 40MB/s) and EXCLUSIVE to the apartment. You can connect the laptop to the TV via HDMI cable (already connected to the TV) for a better view in virtual meetings or to review a presentation (or even to watch a movie). The apartment's central location helps in obtaining services: there is a print, binding and document lamination shop less than 3 minutes from the building (near the Post Office). Guest access In addition to the entire apartment area, you will be able to access the Playground, where there is a space for small events (scheduled with the condominium) and one of the garages to accommodate your vehicle. There is no numbered parking space, so you can park in any of them. Tip: Use Garage 1, which is easier to access... ;-) Other things to note AMENITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL TOURISM Our space is ready to welcome guests who come to Guarapari for professional reasons. The apartment has an excellent EXCLUSIVE internet access account via Wi-Fi (average speed of 40 MB/s, with a 120 GB+120 GB allowance), allowing for virtual meetings without crashes, as well as a special mobile table (with wheels) for laptops, with LED lighting and USB connectors for charging devices. The table already has an extension so it can be used anywhere in the apartment, from the balcony to the bathroom. A convenience... HEALTH CARE We provide a 70% alcohol spray bottle for disinfecting hands and objects if the guest deems it necessary. We also leave a first-aid kit for those minor and unforeseen "accidents."
