Socorro, Tx, is a small community rich in farmland, history and great eats. Just a short drive to El Paso and I-10. Plenty of street parking! There is one KING bed & ONE FUTON sofa, a kitchenette, HEPA filter and lovely full bathroom. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. The space This gem is a private one level studio is like no other. The comfortable memory foam KING sized bed is heavenly, great for resting after a long road trip or just to get away from it all. The futon is best suited for a smaller teen or child. There is a HEPA Air Filter for your use. The studio is 450 sq ft of uniquely decorated & thoughtfully planned out space for you to enjoy. The kitchenette features a gas stove, fridge, sink & basic cooking necessities. The luxurious bathroom will calm and refresh you. It has it's own private entrance & no contact check-in. Sanitized after each guest. There is a door to the main house that is always locked by two dead bolts for both sides' privacy.
