House with common pool by the beach

House with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private BBQ backyard and a unique location in a closed condominium by the beach. Situated between praia dos Pescadores and praia do Mucuge. The space Housekeeping included three days a week(Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Towels and linens is included and will be changed every week. Towels for the beach or pool you have to bring your own. Guest access The guests are free to use all facilities inside the condominium, but can not bring other people than the once renting it. The guests are free to use the private restaurant on the condominio, when leave a deposit of 500 Reais. Other things to note Infants (under 2 years of age) will also count toward the guest maximum(roules of the condominium) is 7 guests in our house.
