North Road Cottage

A small, rustic cottage nestled just outside of town. A quick trip to many Catskills Mountain attractions. A charming, rural feel but less than a mile to local restaurants and town center. Come check out scenic hiking trails, explore our family's sunflower fields, hit up one of the many local attractions and end the evening with a fire on the patio. The cottage is a minimalist dream, with no clutter. Please see our amenities for all additional offerings. The space The cottage is 600 sq ft, bordering two roads- State Route 10 and North Road which connects SR 10 and NY 30. The main entryway opens into a small living room furnished with a sectional (queen pull out), tv (wifi), small hall tree and an electric fireplace. The cottage can sleep 4 however, once the couch is pulled out it does take up a large portion of the living room. The only bedroom has a new queen bed, dresser, full length mirror, ceiling fan, and two large windows with lots of natural lighting. The bathroom has a tile shower (no tub). Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, as well as towels and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for two, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and dishes/silverware. There is also a direct exit to the outdoor patio, set of Adirondack chairs and a firepit (not available in winter) and will need to purchase wood from hosts if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage (600 sq ft, tiny home) and private driveway. Contactless check-in via lock box. Other things to note The cottage is bordered by two roads, as mentioned in description. North Rd is typically not very busy and we recommend accessing the cottage from this road. The other road is Route 10, which is a busy road and we always recommend leashing pets and not allowing children to wander. There is little to no cell phone service but we do have WIFI.
