Guest access Guests have access to the whole home. PARKING: The house is on the right when driving up Cougar Lane. The cabin has driveway that can fit up to two cars. Please only park on the driveway. EV CHARGING AVAILABLE - There is also a NEMA 14-50 outlet for faster charging on the side of the cabin covered with a metal cover between the rail. There is a sign. Try to charge your car after 9PM to avoid peak times of 4PM to 9PM. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE: - There is two cameras on the property one pointed towards the driveway and one on the back porch for safety purposes - Please use caution with using stairs outside when wet or snow. There are also stairs when you enter the home, to go down to the lower level bedrooms and patio for access to the hot tub. - When snowing, a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains may be needed - This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside - The cabin features Alexa that can control the TV's, string lights on the lower patio, thermostat and music. Can be activated by command word, "Alexa." Sauna Usage & Pricing     •    Enjoy 3 hours of sauna use per day — included in your stay.     •    After that, additional time is charged at $20 per hour.     •    Usage time is tracked automatically and reviewed after each stay. ❄️ Winter Weather & Snow Chain Requirements Big Bear Lake is a mountain town and winter weather can change quickly. During snowstorms, the State of California may require snow chains or approved traction devices to be carried or installed when driving up the mountain. Guests are responsible for checking road conditions and complying with all chain control requirements. We strongly recommend traveling in an AWD/4WD vehicle and bringing chains during the winter months (typically November–April). No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, road closures, or failure to carry required snow chains. Registration Details CESTRP-2024-00157
