Uber is available and will get you to the place, but we definitely recommend a rental car Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire single-level apartment, Complete access to the private pool Other things to note This is a single story property. Meaning that the front door is exposed to the outside, not a hallway. Please don’t leave the front door open because Puerto Rico is a climate that has insects all year. Pool heater is set to warm temperature o f89 degrees The management is wonderful and they are making renovations to the property. This means some parts of the home have yet to be updated. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping provided. The place will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Clean Sheets and towels will be provided in the unit. If you stay is longer than 10 day, you can request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Place trash in the trash can (located in front of the property, right down the corner ) daily to keep a clean home. Other things to note: All our guest must be aware of Puerto Rico's constant electrical outages. We are not responsible nor obligated to accommodate or reimburse for an electrical problem from the local provider. Our shower heater is powered up with solar energy. Puerto Rico is an island in the Caribbean which results in a lot of heavy rain most days, therefore some days your water may not be as hot. We are not responsible for weather conditions in the area. This rental agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by guests, and the unit may not be sublet or assigned to any other third party without the approval of the host. The hot water system uses solar panels to heat the water in the place and when we have many cloudy days there will not hot water available in the place!
