We are delighted to welcome you to our new home ‘Hridayam’ nestled in the quaint Satkhol village close to Mukteshwar. The newly built cottage style apartment boasts of a cosy living room, an open kitchen and two bedrooms with attached washrooms. The common balcony and the terrace offer majestic views of the valley. The house is close to all the sightseeing points in and around Mukteshwar. Would recommend at least two nights stay. The space - The cottage style apartment is on the first floor with a separate entrance. One has to climb a few comfortable steps to get there. - The house opens up to a cosy and warm living room with an open kitchen - There are 2 bedrooms with private washrooms with immense natural light. - Both the bedrooms share a common balcony - the terrace offers magnificent views of the valley - Car can be parked on the road side adjacent to the property for free and at owners risk - there is a caretaker who takes care of the housekeeping of the apartment, will clean the place and wash the utensils in the morning. - Food: is not included. Guests can make their own meals. The kitchen is equipped with pots pans, crockery, and basics like salt, sugar and tea leaves. Grocery can be sourced from a near by store “Hill Mart” which closes by 730 pm - Our caretaker can also cook basic meals like dal, roti, sabzi. The cooking charges will be 300/- per meal. Grocery will be as per actuals. Please do inform a day in advance if you would like her to cook. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house including the kitchen. They can cook their own meals. Kindly source the grocery well in time as the stores close early in the village. The closest departmental store is at a distance of 150 metres by the name of Hill Mart. Our caretaker can also cook basic meals like dal, roti, sabzi. The charges will be 1000/- per day. Grocery will be as per actuals. Other things to note - The flat is on the first floor. One has to take a fleet of comfortable steps to reach. - vehicles can be conveniently parked on road side by the house. - Water is scarce, hence please be mindful. laundry is not allowed. - kindly reuse towels and linen if not dirty. - Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. - Kindly turn off the lights, gas regulator and geyser when not in use. - the caretaker shall clean the space in the morning. - kindly dispose the garbage in the bin - please play music/television in low volume - kindly treat the house like yours and handover the way you received it. - incase of any damage to the property during the stay, the same shall be billed to the guests.
