Access on the 5th by elevator Other things to note This is a 1 bedroom apartment. The 3rd & 4th guests can be accommodated only in the sofa-bed (opens as a bunk bed - good quality) in the living room. The sofa-bed will be arranged as a sofa upon arrival, extra linens will be offered for the extra guests. During storms & heavy weather conditions, use of the private jacuzzi is forbidden for safety reasons. Maximum capacity is 2 people. For the cold winter days, it requires around 1:30 hour for the pre-heating before filling the tub. It will be sparkling clean but NOT full upon arrival. Parties, events & commercial photo-shootings are strictly forbidden without prior consent of the Host. There is an outdoor security camera looking at the floor building stairs.
