It is equipped with two TV screens (a 50" Smart TV), a dishwasher, foosball, a beverage freezer, cold rooms, several sofas, a dining room, a capsule coffee maker, a pool table with air hockey, and a bathroom with a shower. In the central part, which is accessed from the bar, there is the large central courtyard with a huge barbecue, wood-fired oven, gas paella grill area, sink, and several outdoor sofas. In the back it has a loft equipped with a double bed and a double bunk bed, as well as a large sofa, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, burrist closet, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, etc., in addition to a large backyard with several benches and an outdoor sofa. On the rear top floor we have another area with two bedrooms, with double beds in both, Burrriquín closet, TV, one of them wider with work area and sofa. Bathroom with shower, small fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and sink. It also boasts a large terrace with table and outdoor sofas. Guest access You can use all the common areas enabled since the rental is for the entire house. Other things to note It is absolutely forbidden to make noise after 9:00 pm to ensure the neighbors' proper rest.
