There are 2 closets for personal use that will not be accessible to guests. Other things to note Use of the outdoor patio and the home gym are at each guest's discretion and own volition. By making use of these features at the Penthouse, guests acknowledge any and all inherent risks, through acknowledgement of a waiver of liability statement that will be provided in the House Manual. Elevator will take you to the 17th floor, then there’s 1 flight of stairs to get to the private penthouse This is a very quiet building and we have wonderful neighbours. Please no loud noise or parties Netflix is compatible on the TV. Under Netflix's new licensing, you will need to log into your account. Short term rentals in this area have a primary residence component. You will notice some personal items in the property. Guests can adjust the temperature within a comfortable range of 18-25 degrees. Please note that the availability of heating and air conditioning is managed by the condo administration and may be subject to seasonal schedules beyond the host's control. Please note that the private rooftop will be undergoing construction which is tentatively set for April 13th, 2026 to June 30th, 2026 and during that time, only the north side of the rooftop will be accessible, with limited patio furniture only in May and June 2026, and the possibility of construction noise during the day. Access to the approved patio area is permitted only after 4PM on weekdays, and at all times on weekends. Patio access is strictly prohibited between 6AM and 4PM Monday through Friday. Note that the patio furniture visible in the photos will only be set up and available during the months of June to August, inclusive. Please note that the outdoor patio furniture will be unavailable from September 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. During this period, guests will have limited access to the patio, and only certain areas will remain accessible. As this is in a condo, there will be times that condo management will require access to your unit, or do work on the rooftop. We will do our best to inform you of such access but should there be an emergency, condo management may need to access without prior notice. You will need to comply with this entry please, either inside the condo or on the rooftop. If management is working on the rooftop, given the floor to ceiling windows in all rooms, you can close the blinds for privacy. There is no assigned/visitor parking available in this building. If you need parking, you will need to utilizes street parking and paid lots available at your own cost. Paid parking lots are available within 1-2 blocks of this building. Space is well-suited for business professionals and couples, not a child friendly space. We do not host groups with children/toddlers please. We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic consumable items to get your stay started, including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc. Should you require more after this initial starter set, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
