Inside, the villa houses 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, an air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to enhance the Salento kitchen: amenities for the induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle; two bathrooms with shower complete the interior of the villa(one of which is suitable for guests with mobility problems). The outdoor area has a comfortable shower area with changing room, and also a charging station for electric vehicles ( with discounted cost, depending on consumption). In the immediate vicinity there is a bicycle rental service, which makes the route to beaches easy, fast and pleasant. Pray your moment of regeneration : grills and barbecue with which to brighten outdoors, pampering in the hot tub in the shade of the pine trees, an outdoor kitchen on the patio, a dip in the crystal clear water from the low cliff just below the house, a moment dedicated to fishing or canoeing, a bike ride towards exploring the coast. The beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni, known for their fine and extraordinarily white sand, both free and equipped, are just 12 minutes by bicycle: beach restaurants and dining areas in the pine forest await you, ideal for families with children, but also the coolest beaches with DJs and musical aperitifs; the beaches of Torre San Giovanni are an ideal destination for water sports lovers: kite surfing and SUP await you. Just 6 minutes by bike, you can immerse yourself or dive from the cliff of the bay of the devils, which is a sensory experience made of blue and blue damask thanks to the spring fresh waters that emerge from the caves, and wonderful refreshment on hot days. 650 meters from the villa you will find the first local market.
