Also includes an efficiency kitchen and washer dryer. Space includes 2 individual beds and a cot. Parking on street in front of home, driveway reserved for upstairs tenant. House has WiFi and TV’s with fire sticks, no cable on streaming on your account. !!! May not be rented for parties !!! Guest access Guest have street parking and rear door access on back deck. Other things to note No parties. There are tenants upstairs. If you host a party you are in violation of the rental agreement and will be asked to leave with no refund.
