It's just a few minutes to the Long Island Sound, 15 minutes to Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard and a 5000+ acre preserve just to the south. In addition we have so many local amenities including the prestigious "Fish Church of Rocky Point", food spots, Starbucks & more. The sound is known for beautiful sunsets, sun tanning, paddle boarding, bike riding and fishing. The pebble beach is great to walk on with shoes or bare feet. The space • 2 Stories with king suite on the lower level. • There are 5 smart TV's throughout • Nespresso coffee maker • Induction tea kettle • Beverage cooler • Microwave draw • Ice maker • Filtered water • Tankless on demand hot water • "High Sierra" brand showerheads simulate a waterfall. Guest access Off road parking in front. Pretty flat transition from parking to front door. Other things to note PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS includes 1 parking pass, 1 key for gated entrance and one Beach pass for up to 7 guests. The passes & key are located in the cabinet to the right of the refrigerator. You will also find a map to the beach access locations. Beach chairs & towels are in the foyer closet. Please be careful to put everything back where you found it. The parking pass is $150 to replace and so is the key. Due to erosion, some access locations are closed. The 2 access locations with a bathrooms are seasonally open. Those include BEACH BEACH & BROADWAY BEACH. Friendship beach is under restoration. Be sure to read and follow the private beach rules. "Leave no trace" on the beach. Whatever you bring, take back with you. Please rinse off the beach chairs before putting in foyer closet. If you run out of time to let the chairs dry, just leave them by the rear patio. Most importantly, have fun 🌞
