This 2 bed, 2 bath condo at Crescent Beach Club is located on beautiful Sand Key Island off the western coast of central Florida. It’s unique architecture features two crescent shaped buildings that stand out from the rest. Resort-like peaceful, tranquil and relaxed environment with 24 hour security. Oceanfront pool, private beach access, dry and wet saunas, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, work out room, tennis courts, billiard room and library. Free WiFi. Food and shopping in walking distance. The space Condo Management requires a simple Lease Agreement no less than 4 days prior to arrival along with a copy of a photo id of the primary guest. Upon arrival, a dashboard pass will be issued for the guests’ property access during the stay. Each room has a panoramic view of the Gulf. Perfect sunsets await…nothing soothes the soul like a walk on the beach. Minimum 7 nights required. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo (2 bedrooms/2 baths) and all building amenities. Parking is free for guests of the Host. Other things to note Enjoy gulf breezes, outdoor dining and perfect sunsets on the expansive patio accessible from both bedrooms and living room area.
