There are 4 bedrooms on the top floor, and one large bedroom suite downstairs on the lowest level. Perfect for multi-generational get togethers, the house has a sauna, access to a hot tub, on site laundry, is dog friendly, has breathtaking views, and a projector TV. Located at the base of Knoll Farm on a private road, the location is ideal with great views of the valley. The home is over 3K square feet large with a perfect layout for a multi generational get together. Bedroom one is located on the lowest level and is a bedroom suite. It has a sitting area with a pellet stove and a large smart TV. There is also direct access to the rear deck and stone patio. The mid level is dedicated to shared living space and has a large living room with projector TV, as well as a large dining room where there is ample seating for all guests. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dual ovens for baking and a gas range top. The top level has 4 bedrooms and two full baths with stand up showers. A sauna and laundry room complete the top floor layout. Dogs are welcome upon approval. The on site parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles. More parking is available downtown. Other things to note Parking limited to 4 cars. No hot tub access in the winter. There are 20 stairs that lead from the parking lot down to the home.
