You must carry your luggage up 16 outdoor steps to access the apartment. Relax and take in nature! The kitchen has basic cooking essentials for preparing simple meals with a large central island for gathering. Or enjoy cooking or relaxing on the private back deck with gas grill. Free access to Wi-fi and TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime. Apartment size washer & dryer in unit. Loft for napping or hanging out! The loft space is accessed using a ladder please use grab bars when entering and exiting. Not recommended for small children or those with mobility concerns. Guest access My husband Larry & I fell in love with this little piece of Vermont and want to share it with you! Guests have access to the entire upper floor apartment, including the front balcony and back deck, the pond, hillside and the woods at the top of the meadow. (Please respect our neighbors by staying within our property lines or on public roads!) Please note that accessing the apartment requires climbing 16 outdoor steps, and the loft space is accessible via a ladder. Not recommended for small children or those with mobility concerns. Other things to note We live in the house on the property about 100 yards from the guesthouse. (see exterior photos). The Guest House top floor apartment and lower level are separate spaces and each have their own entrances. They are not connected inside the guesthouse. During your stay the lower level will be vacant but we do occasionally access maintenance items stored in that space.
