This home is loaded with amenities including a converted game room garage with ping pong, foos ball and shuffleboard table - and with 1 of the 6 SMART TVs located throughout the home! Enjoy a nice, relaxing trip on the lake through one of the four kayaks provided free to our guests - two adult and 2 youth kayaks - or turn up the competition with a game of corn hole! At night, settle in near the firepit and reconnect with your friends and family! Have a boat or jet ski - pull up and tie them up to the private dock.....or interested in renting a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient! Property Notes: - This home, like many on Lake Norman, is on a private septic system - we have 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping with the house having a 3 bedroom septic system. - This home does have exterior cameras to protect the home in periods of vacancy - Tenant reserving the property must be at least 25 years of age, verification required due to insurance requirements.
