Additionally, there are several public beaches around the lake, along with pickleball, basketball, tennis courts, concert area, and pavillions for your enjoyment. 🚤 Location Highlights: Minutes to some of the golf courses in Michigan: Tullymore, St. Ives, and the Royal Grill, and charming local restaurants and bars, including the Royal Grill, Antlers, and Canadian Lakes Pizza. Antlers is also accessible via boat with amazing docking and outdoor patios. Don't forget Mancinos Pizza and Grinders next to the gas station, that is an amazing lunch take out order. And of course, Hixons Family Market is the perfect grocery store just down the road for all of your daily needs. You can use the kayak or paddleboard right from the dock. It is an ideal spot for fishing and birdwatching. Don't forget the local winter sports park with tubing, cross country skiing, and ice skating in the winters. There are also several local four-wheeling, dirt-biking, and snowmobile trails present for the adventurous types. Lastly, please visit the Haymarsh Hunt Club 9 miles away, that offers over 760 acres of Conservation Reserve Program fields, farmland and wooded area. It is a membership club, but encourages non-members to come enjoy an unbeatable bird-hunting experience.
