The house is well cared, with a colonial style and industrial decoration inside. It's framed over a hill, with precious sunrises and sunsets. The small city has numerous paths to walk around the area between autochthonous vegetation, and is close to the recognized Playa de los Hippies. A few meters near the the local river, the house is 15 minutes (car time) far from the access of the town and 15 km far from Villa Carlos Paz, which has important touristic attractions in summer season. The space Even further from this, the house is unique. It is in the top of one of the mini hills of the place, and from here you can see and hear the river flowing. Has beautiful sunrises and sunsets in all seasons, and the time goes really slow. Guest access You will have total access to all the house, in exception of two deposits: one below the exterior stairs, and the other below the water tank. Then, the house is like yours. Other things to note The most problematic thing can be the bus schedule (if you do not have a car). Try not to leave after 1 a.m. Be EXTREMELY careful with the river growings. It starts growing 2 hours after the rains, and it does grow really fast. The last years the weather changed too much and it turned unpredictable. It's not so weird to see the river overwhelmed.
