It has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed, ideal for families. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, underfloor heating and high-speed Internet ensure maximum comfort. Located right by the pool – perfect for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Second Bedroom: A cleverly designed queen-size bunk bed makes it perfect for children or young adults. Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, ideal for self-catering. Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure year-round comfort, while high-speed internet with an individual Wi-Fi connection provides reliable access – perfect for work or entertainment. Outdoor Areas: Right outside the apartment, you'll find the swimming pool and an adjacent whirlpool, perfect for relaxing afternoons in the sun. These areas are shared with the other two units. Guest access Guests at Ocean 9 Pool House can enjoy a variety of amenities. These include a outddoor swimming pool and a whirlpool in the garden, perfect for relaxing. Garden and poolarea are shared with the two other apartments. A dedicated storage area for windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment is also available. After a day at the beach or engaging in watersports, guests can make use of the warm outdoor showers. Please note that the rooftop terraces and the Braai Area are accessible only through our other two apartments.
