The space Welcome to Cozy Corner Cozy Corner is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located directly beneath a local doctor’s office. Perfect for short or extended stays, the apartment offers a warm, home-like atmosphere with all the essentials you need. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have full, private use of the entire apartment without interruption. Laundry facilities are also available for Cozy Corner guests and are located in a shared access area. While the laundry itself is exclusively for guest use, the room is occasionally accessed by the upstairs office staff for storage purposes. Other things to note Parking & Entry Instructions: Vehicles taller than 7 feet should not drive through the carport. Instead, please park in the front lot on the left side of the building, where there is ample space for larger vehicles. If your vehicle fits under the carport, you are welcome to use the designated parking spots behind the building. Guests may access the apartment by: • Walking down the left side of the upper-level office from the front, or • Using the stairs behind the building and following the sidewalk to the apartment entrance.
