House Rules: ~Please remove shoes at the front door. ~NO SMOKING - absolutely no smoking inside the premises, including the patio of the unit. Smoking only permitted outside the building (front entrance or exit-only door at end of hallway beyond unit). ~MAKE-UP REMOVAL: Please DO NOT use white towels to remove make-up. This ruins the towels and will incur a replacement charge at the guest`s expense. Please use paper towel or your own disposable make-up removal wipes. ~All items are owned within the unit, anything taken will be charged back to the guest. Extra Charges and Fees: Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include: - Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host) - Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit) - Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done) - Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel) - Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item) Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
