A warm and bright house, ideal for enjoying Bariloche any time of the year. Fully equipped for up to 6 people, with grill, full kitchen, fireplace and radiator heating. It has Starlink satellite internet, fast and stable. All on one floor, except for a few steps at the entrance. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Parking next to the house. The space Our complex is called Arroyo del Cañadón and is composed of three independent houses. It is located at km 4 of Av. de los Pioneros, in the Melipal neighborhood, just 4 km from downtown, 1 km from Lake Nahuel Huapi and 13 km from Cerro Catedral. Six blocks away there is a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and other shops; and public transportation passes just two blocks away. In addition, it is very close to the two main avenues: Av. de los Pioneros and Av. Ezequiel Bustillo. The house has: Bedroom I: double bed Bedroom II: two single beds Sofa bed in the living room for two people Living/dining room Full kitchen with integrated bar Exclusive use grill Garden for exclusive use Two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) Laundry room Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, its garden, and its exclusive grill. The land is shared with other houses in the complex, but each unit has its own independent outdoor space. Parking next to the house, inside the property. Other things to note We are pet-friendly 🐾. If your pet is calm and respectful, it will be welcome in Arroyo del Cañadón. We only ask that you follow a few rules of coexistence.
