This is a cozy family place with lots of love. a 2 bedrooms apartment. It has a small lounge with a great view and a kitchen with a fridge and stove. The entire second floor is private to be share only with other guests. Drinking water is available in a dispenser. Self serve The space The place has 2 bedrooms that share a kitchen and lounge. You will be renting one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and lounge is just for guests only. Very clean and nicely outfitted. Hot water in showers. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We are in a hill so if you have walking issues let us know. Good wifi. No on-site parking but parking can be arranged $. 10 mins walk from both parks Guest access Private kitchen and a living room all to be shared among guesses only and located in the same second level. There is wifi available During your stay This is a beautiful traditional Nicaraguan family , you can for sure intereact with Chica, the owner ( my mother) , Eddy my brother ( knows a bit of English) and will be in charge Perk: Every day around 2-3 pm there is a lady who sells fresh home made bread. Try It. We are 5 mins walk from downtown and all major attractions are walking distance. Eddy can guide you around for a tip. At the end of your stay and if youwere good you may be allowed to leave a sign on our "Wall of Friends" with your names and place of origen , so be ready to bring one. Other things to note Beautiful view of the mountains and you will have the perk of meeting Our two Labradors, black ) . it will be supervised by Eddy .
