From sunrise coffee by the water to group dinners under the stars, your stay will be filled with unforgettable moments. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except for the red barn, which is locked and off-limits. Inside, enjoy the living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms. Outside, use the deck, patio, private pool (available only May 22nd - September 29th), hot tub, and yard for group activities. The private dock provides access to the channel, but swimming in the channel is discouraged. For lake swimming, we recommend Emerson Park, just 2 minutes down the road, which has direct lake access. Other things to note PETS We allow up to **3 dogs (50 lb max each)** for **$90 per pet, per stay**. - If you add pets during booking, the OTA will automatically include the fee in your total. - If not, we’ll send an alteration request after booking. - For larger dogs or more than 3 pets, please **send an inquiry first** for approval. **No cats or other animals are allowed.** GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED Hi! We’re your welcoming hosts and can’t wait to host you. This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions.
