Welcome to my home, everyone who seeks peace and fresh air. NO SMOKING. I want to share the experience of waking up to the sound of the waves, the birds' tale and a spectacular sunrise with orange tones. I divided my house into 4 lofts with separate entrances consisting of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom exclusively for guests. It's a rustic site, not a condominium or inn. Surrounded by the sea and forest and very close to the trendiest spots in Barra da Tijuca and the South Zone. The space Have an experience of being in Rio de Janeiro close to the hottest spots and at the same time feeling out of it. Rustic site, surrounded by the sea, Atlantic forest and Pedra da Gávea, with access by a 200-meter dirt road and natural lighting with slopes and inclines until arriving at the apartment. I divided my house into 4 lofts of about 25 square meters with independent entrances consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony where guests are free to enter and exit at any time. In the loft, you will find a refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, a 32" smart TV, and basic kitchen utensils so you can make your own meals. In addition, you will find 1 set of bed linens, 1 set of bath towels and a blanket (not replaced for stays of up to 4 days). I live with my family (husband, 2 children, mother and an adorable kitten). We have open parking in front of the garden. And a wonderful view of the sea and Pedra da Gávea. Ideal place to relax and contemplate nature. For those who like the excitement, it is very close to Barra da Tijuca and the South Zone. Welcome! Welcome!! Bienvenido!! Bienvenue!! Guest access Upon arrival, I give the guest 2 keys, one for the apartment and one for the gate, so they can feel free to come and go at any time. I ask that whenever you go through the gate, keep it locked. Our guests can relax in every outdoor area of the property. Enjoy the sunrise at the overlook while sitting on a comfortable sofa or take in Pedra da Gávea. Other things to note As it is a family environment, please do not wear intimate clothing in the outdoor area. Enjoy the fresh air!! Please don't smoke. Because it is very close to the sea and forest, bring REPELLENT.
